All members of the University community bear responsibility for compliance with this policy. Compliance is monitored and reported annually through the offices of the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Executive Vice President for 政府, the Assistant Vice President for Academic and Student Support Services, 人力资源办公室, and the Office of 机构合规.

LMU's procedures for non-第九条 complaints can be found here. These procedures will be used to investigate non-第九条 discrimination complaints at 林肯纪念堂 University (LMU). Non-第九条 discrimination includes but may not be limited to discrimination on the basis of those classes and statuses included in the above-outlined LMU Equal Opportunity, 反歧视行动, 和非歧视政策. Other discriminatory 骚扰 is verbal or physical conduct that denigrates or shows hostility or aversion toward an individual because of race, color, 宗教, 国家的起源, 怀孕, 年龄, 性取向, 军事地位, 残疾, or other protected discriminatory factor when such conduct (1) has the purpose or effect of creating an intimidating, hostile or offensive work or academic environment; (2) has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual's work or academic performance; or (3) otherwise adversely affects an individual's employment or academic opportunities.

Examples of discriminatory 骚扰 include but are not limited to: using epithets, 侮辱, 消极的刻板印象, 威胁, intimidating or hostile acts or words, 或显示, exhibiting or creating written or graphic material that denigrates or shows aversion or hostility toward an individual or group because of race, color, 宗教, 国家的起源, 怀孕, 年龄, 性取向, 军事地位, 或残疾.
